Owning a Caribbean Island Villa on this resort island, is like being in the hotel business without all the expenses normally associated with it. Villa owners can take advantage of the major industry in The Bahamas, Tourism. These villas were designed to earn rental income at times when they would otherwise be unoccupied, by placing your villa in our Rental Pool program.

Many of our properties are one acre, large enough to allow for some smaller guest villas, should you wish not to rent out your own personal villa, yet still produce continuous rental incomes.

An experienced rental management team will arrange all reservation bookings, house cleaning and concierge services for owners and renters, to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Should you and your family, choose not to cook, a professional chef is available upon request, to prepare and serve gourmet meals in your villa. This includes any lobsters or grouper you and your guests may have been lucky enough to catch that day.
